MySpace is a social networking website that you can use to communicate with friends and family. Type the keywords "free guest book services" in the search field of an Internet search engine such as Google, Bing or DuckDuckGo. Click the "Search" button. Click on the hyperlink of a free guest-book service website that you want to use from the search engine's results page.

Create a guest-book user account. Click the "Register" or "Sign Up for a Guest Book" hyperlink on the website. Type your full name in the "Name" field. Enter a username in the "Username" field for your guest book. Create a password and enter your information in the "Password" field. Type your current email address in "Email" field. Enter any other personal information that's required in the appropriate fields to create a guest-book user account. Click the "Create Guest Book" button when you're done.

Select a guest-book layout for your MySpace page. Many free guest-book services allow you to modify or change the appearance of a guest-book layout. Follow the guest-book service instructions on how to add text, change the default font or background color, and import images on a guess-book layout.
