Oh these are the BEST Brussels Sprouts you can ever eat !! I love these leftover even more than when they're fresh cooked. The recipe is fairly easy. All the cooking is done on top of the stove in one pan, so cleanup is a breeze.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large saute pan, 11 - 12 inch.
  • 6 Slices of Maple Sugar bacon
  • 3 pints of fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1/4 cup of chicken stock
  • 1/8 cup of Aged balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of regular olive oil.
