Things You'll Need:
- Fifteen minutes of "you" time
- A room where you won't be disturbed
- Meditative music (optional)

Step 1
Set on the floor with legs crossed. If you can't do this, a chair or your bed will do. Make sure to keep your back straight.

Step 2
Breath in for 3 counts, exhale for 3 counts and hold for 3 counts. Do this five times.

Step 3
Continue breathing and imagine a bright white light as you inhale. As you exhale imagine you're blowing out a black cloud of negative energy.

Step 4
Repeat this for 15 minutes. Finish by repeating a self-affirmation of your choosing. Focus on correcting something that causes you stress, something that you can do differently.
