Boil the lamb meat in water until its half some done and soft. Remove and set aside.

Cut the onion,tomatoes,potatoes, cilantro leaves and set aside.

Heat 3 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions until they are slight brown and transparent.

Add the tomatoes and garlic ginger paste in the pan. Fry for three minutes until they are fully cooked and nicely mixed with the onions.

Add all the curry powders and fry further until finely blended with the onion,tomato,garlic ginger mixture.

Turn off the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Grind the above mixture into fine paste in a mixer. You may add little water to give consistency. Remove paste and set aside.

Heat 3 tsp of oil in wok. Pour the paste in the wok ,allowing it to fry for a minute.

Add the potatoes and lamb curry and mix the entire mixture.

Add 2cups of water to get the desired consistency. Let the whole mixture come to a boil, and allow boiling for 5 minutes until the potatoes and lamb is well cooked.

Now add the coconut milk and let it boil for a minute.

Turn of the heat and garnish with cilantro.
Tips & Warnings
You can substitute beef instead of lamb.
Also, you can use canola or olive oil for cooking.
You can increase the spicy flavour by increasing the amount of curry powder you add.
