Buy Web Hosting from a large host or a small host, it doesn't matter who. Shared hosting is fine or you could have a reseller, VPS, or server.

Download Word Press or your favorite blog script. I prefer Word Press because it's easy to use and customize. The back end and front end is easy to log into and work with. It's easy to configure and change colors or the look of the site as well.

Install on your server or use an auto-installer. It would be easiest to follow my step by step video that I will post shortly.
