Losing weight fast is not a myth. My mother always told me that if it sounded too good to be true then it probably was! Well, times are changing and that's why you will too. Learning to change your lifestyle to drop the weight AND fat. Sorry, but if you are looking for a kick-butt exercise routine or a guru who will yell at you, you will NOT find it here. This is about losing the weight fast WITH medical restrictions. If you are between the ages of 6 to 106, this is for you AND your family. Are you with me? Good! Now lets lose some weight!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Pen, notebook, good drinking water, scales (if you want)and someone to take a picture of you.

Step1
Take a picture of yourself, or have someone take it. Then step right up on those scales and write your weight on the picture with the date.
This is MOTIVATION!
Step2
Change your meal structure. Instead of 3 meals a day, opt for 5 small healthy meals. I don't have to tell you what is healthy because you already know that. Just cutting out ALL fried foods will assist you in lowering cholesterol and your body to burn the fat it already has. Don't worry, you will survive.
Step3
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
Step4
Move!
1. A few more step each day.
2. A few more stretches each day.
3. Dance when nobody is looking.
Step5
Keep a record of:
1. What, when, and how much you eat each day.
2. Glasses of water you drink each day.
3. Activities (exercises) you have done each day.

Make it your own personal diary. Soon you won't need to write it down because it all will become just your lifestyle.
Step6
As you start to decrease your meal sizes and snacks, you should be increasing your activities. Remember that just because you are getting more exercise doesn't mean you should eat more.
Step7
Make sure you are getting the proper amount of sleep for you. If there are problems falling or staying asleep, contact your doctor. Your body and mind need this rest to recharge so your mind can tell your body to "burn the fat".

Tips & Warnings

  • Exercise as you are able to physically. The smoother the transition the more likely you will stick to it. As you progress, you will find yourself reading the labels on foods. Watch for fats, sodium, and sugars.
  • DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS! I am not a medical doctor or a guru in the diet industry, but I have been around the block a few times. Diet pills are so dangerous to take and they do not solve the problem. They can even add to any existing conditions that you may or may not have.
