Step 1
Prepare your setting for the erotic massage with some attention to detail.
Take a hot bath or soak in the Jacuzzi before your massage to loosen the muscles.
Since you’ll want to use massage oil or a scented gel, spread out a clean sheet on the surface where you’ll perform the massage. Higher is better here, a high bed or padded table.
Surround your massage area with lighted candles and put on some favorite soothing music.
Have warm towels or sheets ready to wrap up in with after the massage is over. -
Step 2
Usually, the massage starts with the subject face down. Work down the body to the feet, then turn the subject over and work your way back up the front. Some general guidelines:
When massaging the back, keep your strokes rising up toward the heart, to improve circulation.
When massaging the hands and feet, work your way down to the tips of fingers and toes, stroking each individually.
A good lubricant makes the most conventional back rub feel completely different. Choose a scented massage oil, or try a body butter or %body wax massage candle% specially formulated to soften and lubricate the skin.
Make sure to spread your chosen lubricant everywhere. Don’t miss any nooks and crannies.
Warm the lubricant in your hands before you apply it to your partner’s body.
Try to keep both hands on the body at all times.
Keep your hands off the spine. -
Step 3
There are many different ways to do massage and it’s a situation of different strokes for different folks. Here are some massage techniques to add to your repertoire.
Swedish stroking massage. The best known form of massage strokes each part of the body in turn. Sometimes known as a “fluff and buff.”
Pressure point therapy. If you have sensitive fingers, you’ll be able to feel little knots of tension in the muscles. Make little circular motions on these gently for three counts. Release and repeat. Avoid the abdomen and neck; this is only for the big muscles of the limbs and shoulders. It can also work on the feet, but be gentle. This can really hurt.
Here’s one that’s great for the torso. Starting at the hip, work your way up to the armpit, alternating one hand over the other. Gently pull the skin toward the middle of the body with each stroke.
Combing the muscles. In this stroke, you use your knuckles in a long smooth stroke to comb tension out of muscles. You need to do this in the same direction as the muscles run, so bone up on your anatomy first. This works very well on the arms and legs. Just comb down in long strokes between the joints, always working toward the fingers and toes. Use plenty of lubricant. -
Step 4
When you finish with the feet, have your partner turn over. Place a warm, damp washcloth over his or her eyes. This will help your partner concentrate on the sensuous sensations you are about to arouse.
Warm your chosen lubricant in your hands and begin to work your way slowly up the body. Avoid the genital area at first, coming to it by a round-about route. Slowly move toward your partner’s most private places, dragging your fingertips in toward the genitals. Don’t forget the sensitive inner thighs. -
Step 5
You may want to use an ice cube instead of warm oil for the final strokes of the massage, to layer on another sensation.
Hold back on actually touching the genitals until your partner begins to moan. That’s when you’ll know you’ve given a truly erotic massage.
And next time … it’s your turn to be stroked.
