Step 1
Follow the many other examples on how to remove wallpaper. This little gem is for the hard to remove pieces left when you've done all you can. You know the old, hard kind of wallpaper that is an extreme pain. I found out the best way to handle this trying problem.

Step 2
Take Windex and spray leftover pieces. (You do not want to use water because it can ruin your wall board.) Blot up excess immediately with a paper towel. Allow what's left to soak for a minute, then take a flat razor (sometimes a plain scraper will work, try this first, but we're talking about the absolute worst pieces) and work it gently across the surface. When you get experienced with this, you will begin to separate the wallpaper from the outer surface of the wall board. Cease if you start to tear the wall board.

Step 3
Remove and discard the wall paper. Many times this will get easier once you get started and can make the entire operation suddenly very easy.
