Step 1
Practice a toe step. Stand upright with your feet close together. Move your right leg in front of you, touching the ball of your right foot against the ground and bring your leg back to its starting position. Next, move your left leg in front of you, touching the ball of your left foot off the ground. Repeat both the left and right sides numerous times in a row.

Step 2
Do a dig step. Move your right leg in front of your body touching your right heel on the ground while pointing your toes upward. Bring your right leg back to its starting position. Repeat this process with your left leg. Repeat each side multiple times.

Step 3
Tap your right foot out to the side and back to the front, keeping your heel on the floor as you lift the ball of your foot. Repeat on your left side.

Step 4
Perform a heel toe heel. Pick up your right leg a few inches. Put your right heel on the ground first and then touch the ball of your foot to the ground. Immediately lift your right leg back up while picking up your left heel and lowering it back down again. Repeat multiple times.
