Step 1
Have a cup or bottle with water, soda, coffee or some other beverage ready. Find someone to challenge.

Step 2
Hold your drink in your left hand and tell your friend to hold your left wrist tightly, and not to let you move it. Tell them you will drink your beverage without them letting go of your wrist. They will probably think you are going to try to prove that you are stronger than they are or that you have a similar purpose in mind.

Step 3
Take the cup from your left hand with your right hand and take a nice long drink from your cup. Smile, and enjoy a laugh with your friend.
