Apply constant pressure down the length of the leg. Take a foot or leg and run your forearm up and around while pulling and stretching the leg and hip.

Give lomi lomi massage to the back area using constant pressure moving in different directions all at once. Use long, fluid movements to stretch the lower back muscles.

Pull the recipient's arm behind his back to give lomi lomi massage under the shoulder blade using the tip of your elbow.
