1
Use the jiu jitsu kimura lock when you are on the ground with your opponent in side control with a shoulder lock. Your opponent should be flat on his back while you are laying perpendicular to his body. Your chest is pressed firmly against his and your left hand is gripping his right wrist. You are locking his shoulder with your left arm slipped around the top of his shoulder, under his triceps and gripping your right wrist.

2
Slide your left knee up until it touches her right shoulder, leaning your entire body over hers a bit further. Push against your knee and lift her body so that she flips over and rests on her right side. Her elbow should now be pointing straight up towards the ceiling as you maintain the shoulder lock.

Lift her arm up, bringing the upper arm and elbow to your chest. Use your right hand to lock her wrist, pushing it as far in towards the inner forearm as possible and then rotate the entire arm back towards the mat.
