Instructions
  1. Step 1

Use the jiu jitsu elevator sweep when you are on the floor holding your opponent in the guard position. You should be on your back and your opponent should be on her knees facing you with her hands resting on your chest. Your legs are wrapped around her waist with your ankles locked behind her back.

  2. Step 2

Reach your right hand up around the left side of his neck and inside the collar of his shirt, gripping the cloth at the neck. Grip the cloth of his sleeve with your left hand, just above the top of the wrist.

  3. Step 3

Release your right leg and hook the top of your foot under her knee, curling your toes up. Hold her right knee in place by lowering your left leg and pressing the sole of your foot flat on the ground with your leg wrapped around hers.

  4. Step 4

Lift your chest off of the mat as your lift your right leg, which is hooked under his left leg, and lean your entire body to the left. As you roll and come to the ground again, you should be in a dominant straddle position, literally sitting on his chest.
