Step 1
Relax your body as much as possible. Take a deep breath and be sure that your muscles aren't clenched. Breath through your nose throughout the movement.

Step 2
Start out with a basic stall. Drop the hacky sack directly in front of you and use the inside of the foot to catch it by lowering the foot a few centimeters in a rocking motion. Imagine you're catching a water balloon or a raw egg.

Step 3
Drop the hacky sack to the front again, and this time lower the foot a bit more and catch the bag on your toe. You're now ready to move into the Around the Leg Graphic move.

Step 4
Toss the hacky sack directly up from your toe with a quick, popping motion and bring your foot around the hacky sack, catching it on your toe.
