Step 1
Pick a concealer color that matches the shade of your liquid foundation or is a shade lighter. Never pick a concealer shade that is darker than your liquid foundation.
-
Step 2
Dab concealer on your blemish and blend in a circular motion. Use a cotton swab to apply concealer directly to the areas where you need it. Blending is important because it helps disguise the makeup.
-
Step 3
Apply liquid foundation next. Again, blend makeup in a circular motion to further disguise your blemish.
-
Step 4
Set liquid foundation with loose powder or powder pressed if you are using this type of product.
-
Step 5
Avoid blending concealer over large areas. Apply concealer directly to each pimple for the best coverage. Liquid foundation can be applied over a larger area.
