The 1-up and 2-up combo is based on the principle of having 1 ball up in the air followed by 2 balls--hence the name. The passing of the balls is difficult, but some ball passing methods make the this Combo smoother. Here's how you can become a juggling pro!

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Hold 1 ball in the left hand and never toss it. This eliminates the need for passing the ball.

  2. Step 2

Juggle the other 2 balls in a V-Pattern, while moving the held ball up and down. This method is frequently called The String.

  3. Step 3

Move the held ball beneath the juggled balls. Pretend to push up the inside ball using the held ball while continuing to juggle the other 2 balls. This technique is called The Stick.

  4. Step 4

Change hands and put the held ball into the right hand and repeat the same tricks as done with the left hand.

  5. Step 5

Use the left hand to chase the inside ball around while performing an inside circle cascade juggle. The ball in the left hand appears to be attached by a string to the inside ball.

  6. Step 6

Change hands and repeat the tricks with the hands exchanged. The whole juggling sequence should take less than 1 minute.
