How to Save a Web Page
While browsing the Internet, you may come across websites you want to save. Saving a web page is easy and it will allow you to view the page in Internet Explorer even when you're not on the Internet.

Click on "File" and "Save As" on a web page you want to save. A dialog box will appear titled "Save Web Page."

Browse through your files to find the folder that will store the page. The name of the page will show under "File Name." You can change the name or leave it as is. Remember the name of the file and the location.

Change "Save as Type" to "Web Page, complete (*.htm,*.html)." This will save the complete web page, including any images. You can leave the encoding field as it is.

Click "Save." A small window will appear to show the progress of the save. Once this is complete, go to the folder you saved the page in and double-click on it to open. This will show the saved page including images and links.

Tips & Warnings
You can also email the web page to a friend by choosing "File - Send - Page by Email." Fill out the email form that appears to send it.
