How to Make a Green Hornet Mask
In the 1930s and early '40s, the Green Hornet was both a radio and movie serial. Bruce Lee, famous martial arts star, became the most memorable Kato when he and Van Williams as the Green Hornet came into America's homes on TV and Green Hornet replicas became hot collectibles. Get a plain face mask that has raised areas for the eyebrows. The face mask should have a nose covering and cover most of the upper cheek. These are usually referred to as half-masks

Buy a green half-mask or spray a half-mask with acrylic craft paint. Rough the surface slightly with sandpaper before you paint. The color for the Green Hornet Replica mask should be army or olive green.

Purchase yellow sticky backed paper circles printed with the official Green Hornet image. You can find these on the web, or you can create your own stickers. Print the web design on a sheet of sticky back paper. Clip out the circle.

Buy a matching fedora to complete the Green Hornet head gear. You can use fabric paint on an old fedora to match the color of the mask. Add a green overcoat to complete the outfit.
