Things You'll Need:
- Foot-bath or flat-bottom bowl
- Warm water
- Bath salts
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Aromatherapy oils of your choice

Step 1
Remove any old nail polish. Clean underneath your toenails and then clip and file them.

Fill your foot bath or bowl with enough warm water to reach your ankles.

Add your moisturizing and/or aromatherapy oils to the water. These will help condition and soothe your feet even further.

Sit in a comfortable chair, relax and immerse your feet in the warm water for 10 to 20 minutes. The more dry, calloused and cracked your feet are, the longer you should soak them.

Step 5
Pat your feet dry with a soft towel and slather on some moisturizing lotion while your feet are still damp.
