How to Play the Mummy Wrap Game

Sometimes a party game is just the ticket to break the ice at a get together. Best of all, there are plenty of party games that require little more than a few household items. One example is the mummy wrap game.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Plastic kitchen wrap
• Paper plates
• Snack cakes or cookies

1. Have party guests divide into at least two groups. Larger groups of guests can divide into three or more, if necessary.

2. Allow each group to select one willing victim. This person will be the team representative, aka the Guinea Pig.

3. Have each of the victims stand still with their arms resting at their sides.

4. Proceed to wrap each of the victims mummy style in plastic wrap. For safety purposes, just wrap the person from shoulders to legs.

5. Have the victims try to move their limbs around to ensure that their "casings" are not too loose.

6. Set a plate with a single snack cake or cookie, one for each mummy, at the opposite end of the room.

7. Have the mummies work their way to the other side of the room to where the plates are located. The first mummy to reach the plate and eat the snack will earn a victory for the team.

Tips & Warnings

• A fun variation of this game is to have each team race to see who can wrap their "mummy" the fastest and neatest.
• Keep the plastic wrap away from the facial area to avoid suffocation.
