How to Win at Chinese Checkers

Chinese checkers is a simple board game for two to six players. Players strategize as they race across the board toward the triangle directly opposite their starting position. Have fun while following these tips to win at Chinese checkers.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Chinese checker board
• Chinese checkers

1. Start with a game plan and believe you will win. Use a strategy that will get you across the board quicker than any other person.

2. Play one checker at a time until all ten of your checkers are moving the same way, jumping them across the board.

3. Move the ten checkers across the center aiming toward the triangle at the other side of the board.

4. Use multiple jumps to get you across using your checkers and the other players' checkers to further your jumps.

5. Race across the board against the other players and become the first player to gather all your checkers in the triangle at the opposite side of the board.

6. Move the first checker into the triangle and move it to the back of the triangle. Play the rest of the checkers the same way.

7. Remember to move as quickly as you can so that you reach across the board before the other players.

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure you don't leave any checkers behind. Keep them together so that you can use less moves to get them to where they need to be.
