The over the forearms diabolo juggling trick is an impressive trick. However, if you haven't mastered the regular over the arm diabolo juggle, practice that until you're proficient before moving on to the more difficult over the forearms trick.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Set the diabolo spinning by rolling it on the ground from side to side. Keep the motion going and the juggle the diabolo back and forth, building momentum until it moves very fast.

  2. Step 2

Hold the sticks parallel and turn your right arm to the inside so your arm is next to that string. Toss it over the opposite arm, turn the left stick so that your left arm is inside.

  3. Step 3

Lift the diabolo up and continue to juggle it from side to side. As the diabolo gets close to the left stick, toss it towards your right hand, and catch the diabolo close to the right stick. Allow it to continue the natural movement back to the left, and repeat the movement on the other side.

  4. Step 4

Toss the diabolo over your forearm by first turning both sticks inside so the handles are facing out. Make sure the diabolo is centered and spinning very fast and step slightly into the movement. Turn the right arm first, followed by the left arm. The left arm will toss the diabolo over the right forearm.

  5. Step 5

Keep the speed and momentum going, and reverse the diabolo, tossing it with the left arm over the right forearm.
