Things You'll Need:
- Long green balloon
-
Step 1
Inflate a long green balloon, leaving about 3 inches at the end. Twist 4 small 1-inch bubbles into the knotted end and then twist the last 3 together so that you end up with the bubble with the knot and a 3-bubble triangle on top. This will create your animal's head.
-
Step 2
Squeeze the balloon below your 3 bubbles to send a bit of air to the end and then twist the balloon about 6 inches below the head to create the neck. Create the front legs by twisting again about 2 inches above your neck, folding the balloon until even with the 2-inch bubble and twisting the legs together.
-
Step 3
Create another double bubble set in the same manner, but this time fold the balloon again and create a third equally sized bubble. Push the third bubble through the other 2 to anchor it in place. This creates the body of your brontosaurus.
-
Step 4
Give yourself some extra balloon to create your animal's back legs by squeezing the balloon. Twist a bubble about 2 inches below your brontosaurus body, double the balloon and twist again to create 2 back legs.
-
Step 5
Hold the legs of your brontosaurus and bring the head down to the legs, pushing with gentle pressure along the neck to give it some shape and finish your balloon brontosaurus.
