    • Spoon
    • One to three types of fresh fruit equalling 0.5 to 1 cup of fruit
    • Five ice cubes
    • 1 cup plain or flavored yogurt
    • 1 half cup fruit juice
      • 1

Choose the type of fruit you want to use in your smoothie. If more than one fruit is being used, choose complimentary tastes for delicious results.

      • 5

Turn the machine off. Carefully remove the lid and check the status of ingredients. Use a spoon to stir ingredients. Check under the blades for stuck pieces of fruit.

      • 6

Place the lid back on the smoothie maker. Mix for a few more seconds. Add ice cubes slowly to the mixture, blending between each few cubes. Mix to desired consistency. Make the smoothie thinner by adding more liquid. Thicken the smoothie by adding more ice or fruit.
