Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Origami paper
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Craft glue
  • Googly eyes
  1. Step 1

Lay the paper face down. Use a ruler and pencil to draw a line down the center of the paper from corner to corner, dividing the paper into two triangles.

  2. Step 2

Fold the paper in half so that it is just off of the center line. Look for a small white triangle, from the bottom of the paper, to poke out on each of the triangle points. Firmly crease the paper.

  3. Step 3

Position the paper with the base of the triangle toward you. Fold the paper in half again. Make the fold off center as in the first fold. Firmly crease the fold when it is in the correct position.

  4. Step 4

Turn the paper over to see the fish. Place the point of the large triangle to the right for the mouth of the fish.

  5. Step 5

Apply a small dot of craft glue to two googly eyes. Place one googly eye on each side of the fish face. Let the glue dry thoroughly.

  6. Step 6

Attach a piece of fishing line to the top of the fish body. Hang the fish from the ceiling with the fishing line.
