Use common sense. Sexual activity in public is illegal everywhere. A nude beach is no exception.

Avoid staring or gawking if you see something (i.e. someone) you like. Nothing can spoil a person's nude beach experience faster than unwanted attention from an amorous individual. Checking out members of the opposite sex should not be your primary reason for going to a nude beach.

Follow camera etiquette on a nude beach by ensuring that you receive permission from all individuals "in the frame" before you take a photograph. If someone prefers not to be photographed, respect that person's wishes and allow her to exit the frame before snapping the photo.
