Kejaji is a fairly new sauce/salad that is used mostly in Greek cuisine. It's light and refreshing because it's yogurt based and it's very easy to make. You can accompany it with chicken, beef, pork and pies (goes great with spinach pie)

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups greek style yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • some mustard
  1. Step 1

Take a bowl, cut the cucumber and drain it well. sprinkle with salt and leave it for a moment.

  2. Step 2

Take a bowl and pour the yogurt in. Cut the red pepper and stir it in along with the other ingredients. add some salt if needed.

  3. Step 3

The mustard is optional. Add just a little if you want extra flavour.
