A bo staff strike to the stomach in Hapkido is a very good move to master, because it effectively overpowers an opponent who attacks you, whether the opponent is armed or not. It does take time to master, but this article will help get you started.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take a martial arts stance facing your opponent, with the left foot about a shoulder's width before the other.
