Purchase some comfortable fitness clothing and buy a medicine ball. If you have a medicine ball at your gym, then you can perform these function fitness training techniques there.
Step2
Get into an athletic stance position by planting your feet on the floor and then you must bend your knees slightly. Keep your back straight as this can improve posture.
Step3
Hold the medicine ball in front of you. Keep it out from your chest and only begin these functional fitness training techniques with an average weight medicine ball.
Step4
Rotate your body by pivoting one leg one way and twisting your body with the medicine ball in your hands. Repeat and do this with the other leg. Keep the ball steady in front of you.
Step5
Increase your speed when you are comfortable with the movements. It will feel as though you are tossing the ball back and forth. Do this for 20 to 30 times to get the full effect from functional fitness training.

Tips & Warnings
