  1. Step 1

    Add fruit flavor to your water to make it taste great. You'll drink more water if it tastes good to you and more water helps you to detox quickly. You can buy bottled water that is already flavored or you can make your own. Add sugar free Kool-Aid to your water; it comes in many fruit flavors or you can mix and match to make up your own flavor. If you're buying bottled water, buy water that has vitamins as well as flavorings; not only will it taste good but helps replenish your body.

    Slice a lemon or lime to add taste to your water. The lemon or lime makes the water taste very refreshing, and lemon helps your body detox more quickly.

    Crush fresh fruit with ice cubes and make a fruit slushy. Add water to the slushy to help detox your body. The fruit slushy is made with water and ice cubes instead of milk or cream. The fruit slushy adds vitamins and taste to your water. Watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, pears or any very juicy fruit work best for a fruit slushy.

    Add flavor drops to your water to add taste. Raspberry flavor drops add good taste to your water and help you detox. You can buy small bottles of flavor drops to carry with you wherever you go.
