Cheesecake flan is a delicious and easy dessert that originated in Mexico. Before you make a cheesecake flan, you need several pieces of bakeware. You may have most of these items around the house; they're all are essential to making a perfect cheesecake flan.

  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cup
  • Mixer with a whipping arm
  • Cake pan
  1. Step 1

    Get some measuring spoons. Use these to measure the salt and other ingredients that you need in your cheesecake flan.

  2. Step 2

    Take out a spatula. You will use it to mix the ingredients in a bowl. A rubber spatula will work just fine.

  3. Step 3

    Use a measuring cup for the milk. The cheesecake flan will require a couple cups of milk, and a measuring cup is the best way to ensure you have the right amount.

  4. Step 4

    Plug in the mixer. You can use any type of mixer; just make sure that you use the whipping arm.

  5. Step 5

    Pour the cheesecake flan mixture into a cake pan. You can use a 9-inch round pan or an 11-inch sheet pan. You can also use a cupcake pan with cupcake papers. The type of bakeware you choose mainly depends on what shape you would like your cheesecake to be. Grease the pan before adding the ingredients.
