Step 1
Enter the runway from one side of the "T." As you enter, look slightly towards the audience rather than directly in front. If the designer or director wants an entry pose, she may have you do it immediately after you come onto the "T" or she may have you do it at the runway proper.

Step 2
Create a gentle curve in your walk as you move from the "T" to the runway proper. Some designers or directors may want you to strike a pose as you turn, so be sure you know if they want something beyond a walk.

Proceed down the runway as usual, doing your poses at the end.

Come back up the runway. When you get to the "T," walk in a gentle curve again as you move from the runway proper to the back T-shaped addition, unless the director or designer wants you to add a pose here.

Look slightly towards the audience as you walk the "T" towards the exit.

Step 6
Realize that another model enters the "T" as you exit. Her entrance shouldn't affect your exit.
