Step2
Start from the top rock move. This is a simple side to side rocking in a standing position kicking your feet out alternatively. Take a large step with your left foot, then bring your right foot to the left foot landing in a laying position.
Step3
Use your hands to support yourself in this move to keep from hurting yourself. You also need to keep your body straight while your hips turn sideways to land on the ground correctly and safely.
Step4
Practice this move slowly until you are confident with the entire sequence. Work up doing the move quickly before you start trying to do the move without using your hands. The most important thing is your safety and preventing injuries, but the key to the slip down is for entertainment and to captivate the crowd.
