How to Do a Stomach Body Wrap

Remove wrap from its prepared solution. Wring out the wrap to remove excess moisture.

Lay down on your back and have someone else wrap the stomach area tightly. Begin low on the abdomen area and wrap from front to back moving up the stomach.

Continue wrapping until the wrap fabric is around the entire stomach area. Make sure the wrap is firmly in place.

Put on a wrap jacket. Zip up the jack and lie down for 45 minutes. A wrap jacket is a long-sleeve opaque jacket made of a plastic material. The purpose of it is to retain the heat from the wraps to make them more effective.

Remove the jacket and the wraps when the 45 minute time frame is complete. Wash the stomach area to remove any leftover wrap solution. You will notice a tighter and smaller stomach area.
