Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Bring your right hand around and place the yo-yo string over your right shoulder.
Step3
Reach down with your right hand so that your arm looks like an upside down "L" shape.
Step4
Grab the string underneath your arm, pinching it with your finger and thumb.
Step5
Give the string just a small tug and the yo-yo will pull up.
Step6
Pull the yo-yo back into your right hand.

Tips & Warnings

  • Practice this throw with a "dead" yo-yo until you can get it down. Then try it while doing the Sleeper Throw.
  • A transaxle yo-yo works the best for the Pop the Clutch, as it is designed to spin for a long time.
  • If you can't get the yo-yo to come back up after tugging it, throw the Sleeper harder which will make it come up easier when you tug it.
  • Don't use a cheap yo-yo for this trick. They don't operate as well and will leave you frustrated. Use a good quality yo-yo with a name brand.
