Find a torrent that you would like to download. There are countless torrents available online and most of these are compiled at torrent listing websites. Use a search engine to look up these sites up and browse the torrents that are offered.

Select a torrent and click its download link. When prompted, choose to save it to your desktop or a folder of your choosing.

Use your "Start" menu to open your Limewire program or simply click on the "Limewire" icon on your desktop. Click on "file" in your "Limewire" menu and then click "Open .torrent."

Locate the torrent that you just saved to your PC. Click on "Open" and let the torrent download completely.
