You've spent a lot of time building the perfect body and you want to go international. The Figure International may be the contest for you. It is an elite bodybuilding contest put on by the International Federation of Body Builders and Fitness. Follow these tips to compete in the Figure International and realize your dream.

Step1
Learn how to pose so that you can show your body properly to the judges. Pose from different angles with your muscles displayed each time.

Check with your local body building center and speak to a nutritionist in your area for information about the Figure International. People who work in these industries are usually knowledgeable about national and international body building competitions.

Get a personal trainer to help you prepare for the contest. Make sure your trainer is familiar with the Figure International.
Step4
Visit the FAME International and the IFBB websites for more details. Also visit the World Fitness Federation International website which is the largest federation for body building.
Step5
Find registration forms online at a woman's Figure website. Register and pay your fee. Make sure you meet eligibility requirements.
Step6
Pick the right height and weight category. Check for light, middle and heavy weight categories and be clear about the requirements for each.
Step7
Understand how scoring works and how many rounds may be involved. Rounds are like categories that judges use to compare Figure International competitors.
