How to Use Tiger Techniques in the Shaolin Martial Arts

Shaolin martial arts is a great sport to get into for the mind, body and soul. You can become more fit if you learn this particular discipline and you can also protect yourself from an attack. Learn how you can use tiger techniques in shaolin martial arts.

Instructions

1. Lift your arms up high and raise one leg for protection and kicking.

2. Open your palm up to the sky and then as you bring your arm down make sure you use your base of your palm as your weapon. Bring this down hard on the face of your attacker.

3. Bring your arm all the way down after you hit your attacker and then keep your hands in front of you to lean in and push the attacker to the ground. Make sure your hands stay centered.

4. Use force when you push the attacker. Your hands will not only strike his body, but more importantly his lungs. The attacker will have the wind knocked out of him and fall to the ground.

5. Hold onto your attacker if you do not want him to fall to the ground. You can then apply other tiger attacks if the attacker is still standing.
