How to Make an Aloe Vera Facial Mask

Assemble your ingredients. You need aloe vera juice, aloe vera gel and rose essential oil. You can purchase these at a health food store or online. Be sure that you are buying pure ingredients and not synthetics.

Mix 3 tbsp. of aloe vera juice, 1 tbsp. of aloe vera gel and 2 drops of rose essential oil, in a bowl. Mix until the gel is evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.

Apply the mixture with a cotton ball on your face, neck, hands or anywhere else on your body. It is especially useful for sunburned areas.

Leave on for 5 to 7 minutes. The aloe vera and rose help promote healing and soothe the skin.

Remove the mask by rinsing with warm water. Pat the skin dry and be sure to apply a good moisturizer afterwards.
