Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stand beside your opponent with one arm around his neck and your other arm bent at your waist. The opponent has one arm around your back and one arm across your body with his hand just above your elbow.

  2. Step 2

Move the leg closest to your opponent so it is between his legs.

  3. Step 3

Bend forward. Place your free arm between your outside leg and your opponent's leg. Lift your inside leg up and bend it at the knee between the opponent's legs.

  4. Step 4

Tuck your body under. Pull your opponent forward into a forward roll. Your head needs to be under your opponent's body.

  5. Step 5

Grab the opponent's leg tightly with your arm. Pull her leg out toward you. Hold her leg close to your body.

  6. Step 6

Lean all the way back so your back is flat on the floor. Bring your legs up and wrap them around the legs of your opponent to hold his legs into place.

  7. Step 7

Lock your ankles around your opponent's free foot so he can't move.
