Step 1
Look to see if your eyeglass frames are sitting too far off to one side of your face. This problem doesn't happen often, but if you notice this when you look in a mirror, it means that your nose pads aren't centered properly and should be adjusted.
-
Step 2
Check to see if your eyeglass frames sit too low down on your nose. If you find you are having trouble seeing out of your eyeglasses or that you are constantly pushing your glasses back up your nose, then your eyeglass frames probably sit too low down on your nose.
-
Step 3
Take note of missing nose pads or pads that are spread too far apart. This might be the problem. Replace or adjust the nosepads closer together to make your glasses fit on your nose correctly.
-
Step 4
Determine if your eyeglass frames sit too high up on your nose. In this instance, you will find that you have trouble seeing out of your eyeglasses and that the frames feel like they sit up on the top of your nose.
-
Step 5
Adjust the nose pads to make them wider apart, and you will find that the frames sit in the proper place on your nose.
