Skydiving can be a truly exhilarating experience. Adrenaline crazed people face uncertain death when attempting this extreme sport. However, it is recommended to take classes before doing any jumps. You can do many tricks while skydiving like flips, turns, and actually diving head first towards the earth. Learn how to do a back flip transition when you are skydiving and feel the rush.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Step1
Make sure you are comfortable with three of the four starting skydiving positions which are belly, back, sitting and head down. The back flip transition is a more advanced move in skydiving.
Step2
Start with the upward movement just like the front flip when you first skydive so you do not drift. You will want to avoid drifting if you are diving with other people.
Step3
Initiate the flip by looking directly behind you. Try this by picking your chin up so you can see exactly where you are going. Use your hands and arms as you do the transition. It is imperative that you do not hook yourself while doing the transition and fly all the way through as you are doing the back flip.
Step4
Remember that if you lose control or cannot get the transition, to always bail to your back again. This way, you can either try again or try something else while starting off with control again.
Step5
Practice with back flips at 90-degree angles to start. You do not need to do a 360-degree angle to perform a back flip transition.
