From Quick Guide: Break for Breakfast
Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Gather everything you need to make the scrambled eggs, such as a frying pan, eggs, a large cup, a fork, butter, water (about 1 tsp. per egg) and a towel.

  2. Step 2

Break the eggs into a large cup. Using a cup will help prevent spillage or leakage. Throw the egg shells in the trash can. Make sure there is no blood or egg shell in your eggs. It is also a good idea to sanitize your hands after handling raw eggs.

  3. Step 3

Beat the eggs with a fork or a whisk thoroughly. Make sure the yolks are well beaten, because if not, you will have yolk balls or pieces in your scrambled eggs. Add water to help the eggs fluff up when they are in the frying pan.

  4. Step 4

Heat the frying pan on a high flame and add the butter so that it will melt. Many people do not like to use butter on non-stick pans, but the butter will give the scrambled eggs some extra flavor.

  5. Step 5

Pour the beaten eggs into the hot frying pan.

  6. Step 6

Move the egg mixture around constantly. The flame is high, so you want to continuously move the eggs to keep them scrambled. Do this until the eggs fluff up nicely, which takes about 5 minutes.

  7. Step 7

    Enjoy your scrambled eggs.

Tips & Warnings
