Everybody wants to be Michael Jackson, or at least be able to dance like him. One of Michael Jackson's most popular moves is the worm. For this dance move, you must be somewhat flexible and have upper-body strength. Read on to learn how to do the worm like Michael Jackson.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Lie on the belly-down on the floor like you are about to do a push up.

  2. Step 2

Bring your toes to your butt. Practice kicking your legs out and back at a 45-degree angle without moving your upper-body. When you kick your legs out to perform the bottom motion of Michael Jackson's worm, make sure your toes end up on the floor.

  3. Step 3

Push your body up with your arms and wiggle back down to the ground. When your hands come back to the floor, kick your toes out. Imagine a teeter totter while doing this: when your toes are on the ground, your arms are up. When your toes are in the air, your hands are up.

  4. Step 4

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 over and over as many times as you would like, or as much as your floor space will allow.
