Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Protect yourself from crime. Use this technique if an attacker comes up behind you and places both hands around your neck or on your shoulders; this person is trying to choke you and you must escape.

  2. Step 2

Take one hand and grab across your chest. Place your hand firmly on the enemies hand. Make sure it is a firm hold and a quick movement.

  3. Step 3

Raise your other hand straight up in the air and turn into the enemy's chest with your arm crossing over there arms. This move will lock both of the culprit's arms and keep them still. The attacker's arms will no longer have the same strength around your neck.

  4. Step 4

Use other techniques, such as punching and kneeing them in the side of their rib cage. The attacker's rib cage will be exposed to you, and if the culprit is a bigger and stronger person, then use your knee as a weapon.

  5. Step 5

Keep twisting the arms until the enemy is lying flat on the floor. It's a good time to kick your attacker when he is down or run far away from the scene and escape. Call the police immediately and report the crime.
