Things You'll Need:
- 1 long black balloon
- 1 long white balloon
- 1 long orange balloon

Step 1
Take an inflated long black balloon and make a one inch bubble at the knotted end. Pinch and twist the balloon about 7 inches above the bubble and fold over the balloon to make a long roll through. Twist the balloon again around your one inch bubble and fold the third portion of the balloon up to create a tri-fold or banana fold. Pinch and twist the balloon at the top so that the third portion is equal in length to the other two portion wrap it around the center twist of the two portions, finishing the banana fold.

Step 2
Grab and pull the uninflated length of the balloon downward to shape the top of the balloon into a hook. You should now be able to see the body, neck and head of your penguin balloon character.

Step 3
Take a white balloon and wrap the end around the neck of your penguin character, twisting and locking the balloon in place with the knot. Make a pinch twist at the neck and then form the balloon down the body of the penguin. At the base, twist the white balloon and lock it into place where the three portions of the black balloon come together.

Step 4
Leave a few inches of space and twist and break off the excess balloon. Wrap the extra piece of white balloon around the the other balloons where they come together, and tie it off.

Step 5
Make a 3 to 4 inch fold twists at the end of an orange balloon and tie the knot around the end. Make a second equal fold twist, break of the extra balloon and tie it off using the knot. Push the orange balloon through the base of your penguin character body, centering the twists. Wedge the orange balloon into the folds of the black and white balloons, adjust the feet and you have completed your balloon character penguin.
