Women often show their interest in men through their body language. Learning how to read a woman's body language is essential if you want to succeed in the dating game. Follow these steps if you want to learn what a woman's body language is telling you.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Watch for eye contact. Often women make eye contact with you from across the room to signal that they would like for you to come talk to them.

  2. Step 2

Notice how frequently she walks by. A woman will often walk by the man she is interested in to try to make herself more noticeable.

  3. Step 3

Look for subtle clues that she is trying to get your attention. Fidgeting with her hair, licking her lips or crossing and uncrossing her legs are all ways women try to get a man's attention.

  4. Step 4

Make conversation with a woman if you notice she is interested. Many women will move within a few feet of the man they are interested in, if they want the man to start a conversation.

  5. Step 5

Note any physical contact she makes with you. If she touches your arm or your hand that's a surefire sign that she is interested in you.

Tips & Warnings
  • When you are talking with a woman and she crosses her arms or leans away from you she is trying to tell you she isn't interested. Save yourself the embarrassment and excuse yourself.
  • Make sure that your body language is telling her that you are interested too. Sometimes our body language can convey mixed messages.
