Online RSVPs take the place of endless to-do lists, phone calls, frustration and illegible handwriting. Online wedding RSVPs have become extremely popular in recent years. It's so much easier to keep track of who's coming to your wedding and who's not. Plus, some services go the extra mile by contacting guests who haven't replied. That way you don't have to hound people with phone calls.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Look for an online wedding RSVP service that offers more than RSVP capabilities. You want one that gives you print capabilities so you can bring the list to your wedding planner or reception hall, 24/7 access to the list, meal tracking and password protection.
Step2
Choose an online RSVP service. They start in price from $25 per year. Some also offer RSVP service to other wedding-related events such as the bridal shower.
Step3
Submit a completed guest list to the online RSVP company at least three to four weeks before you mail the invitations. This should include the full names of the people you invited and their phone numbers.
Step4
Fill out a profile. This includes your contact information, wedding details and credit card information.
Step5
Let the RSVP service know if you need meal selections. They will take care of all the extra event details. This includes linking the RSVP site to your wedding website, where guests can find event, transportation and lodging information.
Step6
Create a wedding website that includes an RSVP page. Follow the self-explanatory template.
