How to Upload a Video on JibJab

If you enjoy watching hilarious Internet joke video, then JibJab is the site for you. Fans of the site spend hours both viewing and sending the jokes that appear on JibJab. After seeing other users' videos, you might want to upload your own funny joke video.

Instructions

1. Register for a free account. You need to fill out a short one page registration form that is accessed through any page of the JibJab website. Simply, click the "Register" button at the top of the page.

2. Validate your email address. After agreeing to the terms of use and providing the site with an email address, JibJab sends a validation email to your inbox. Click on the link to login and validate your email.

3. Return to the homepage. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a link for the Jokebox. In this section, you get to view and share user provided funny videos.

4. Select the "Upload Jokes" link found within the Jokebox section of JibJab. Browse for the video file on your computer and then submit. You must give a title and rating to your video.

5. Wait for the video to go through the screening process. If this is your first joke ever posted on JibJab, the site's A-Hole Patrol needs to approve it first. Your video is then put on the site and rated by other JibJab users.

• You should read the Jokebox Manifesto section of the site before submitting your video. You can use this document to determine whether or not your joke is appropriate for the site.
• After uploading your video, e-mail the link to your friends as a way to get the most views and ratings as possible.
