Step 1
Open Scrapbook Factory Deluxe. You'll see a page that gives you project options on the left and a preview of templates in the right pane.

Decide what you want to create. You can choose from a completely blank sheet of paper build on or create a diary, invitations, recipe cards or any other number of options by browsing through the "Choose Your Project" menu.

View a template by double-clicking it from the menu. You'll see a larger view of that appear, which you can then customize or edit. Make your selection and choose the size and layout of your paper.

Choose "Add Items" from the left side and select a background. Each background category will have multiple options available in it's subcategory for you to choose from. Go back into "Add Items" to add text, graphics, clip art, borders and photographs to your page.

Step 5
Add embellishments from the options on your right side to complete your project. Either save your completed project on your computer or to a disc. You can also add traditional scrapbooking embellishments for a 3-D effect in your final project.
